Protection of Personal Data
relating to the DT Competition for Original Music Composition 2023

  1. DionysiaTrust, of 28, L. Vouliagmenis, 167 77, Hellinikon, Greece is responsible for the processing of personal data that applicants may supply as part of the application process or any other form of communication.

  2. DionysiaTrust only processes applicants’ necessary personal data and only with their explicit consent. In order for DionysiaTrust to be certain of applicants’ consent to such processing, applicants must give their consent in the relevant field of the application (see box at the bottom of this page).
    Applicants’ personal data is collected and processed by DionysiaTrust with the sole purpose of evaluating their eligibility and the compositions they are submitting as part of their application for the DT Competition for Original Composition 2023 as well as within any auxiliary documentation required.
    Applicants’ personal data are not transferred to third parties and can only be accessed by persons specifically authorised by, and bound by non-disclosure agreements with, DionysiaTrust.
    Applicants’ personal data are deleted by DionysiaTrust upon completion of the Competition, with the exception of the applicants’ name and surname, which are kept on file for three (3) years after such time.

Applicants have the right to request:

  • Access to their data

  • Correction or Deletion of their data

  • Processing restrictions

  • Transfer of their data

  • Objection to the processing, which can take the form of Rescinding their consent to the processing of their personal data. Rescinding consent does not affect processing which may have occurred earlier based on the original consent. Applicants should be aware that in the case of Rescinding consent it will no longer be possible to process and evaluate their application as submitted to DionysiaTrust via the e-mail address info@dionysiatrust.com

  • To file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data in the event they consider that the processing of their personal data violates existing laws for the protection of personal data.
